Hello Today we talked with Andriy Dosha, the man who created PPC Club, a community for PPC specialists.
Now there are more and more such initiatives, but not all of them really live and provide value.
Therefore, it was interesting to understand how this idea came about, what was behind the launch and what has come of it today.
We talked about the path, the inside of the club and what it looks like without embellishment.
So, Andriy, let's start with something simple - tell us a little about yourself and what you do now?
My main activity is affiliate marketing. We have a small PPC team with a focus on iGaming. I am developing a community for PPC traffic experts - PPC.CLUB. Within the club, we develop open and closed chat, Telegram channels, hold offline meetings, and regular voice chats on Google Ads for PPC specialists and experts. I am also developing a network of local Telegram channels for traffic arbitrage.
— How did you even get into PPC?
Was it a planned story or more of an accidental entry into the field?
While still a student in 2013, I was looking for different ways to make money on the Internet. I tried to advertise products, services, set up advertising, and create websites. Over the course of 5 years, I gained good skills in working with Google Ads. In 2018, I tried my hand at traffic arbitrage, at that time — FB + Nutra. For 4 years, I actively developed in this direction and in 2022 I returned to working with Google Ads, but already in iGaming. Since then, I have continued to work with this source and vertical.
— At what point did you have the idea to do something of your own — specifically for the community?
What pushed you to do this?
In general, I always wanted to find “my flock”, especially in working with PPC traffic. The community of specialists was quite closed, no one advertised their activities, there were no offline meetings, everyone communicated from time to time on forums or in closed chats. It was difficult for me to find “my own”, so I decided to gather like-minded people, although at first it seemed crazy! Gathering competitors so that they could communicate with each other and exchange experiences seemed impossible.
— What did PPC Club look like at the very beginning?
Where did you start and how well thought out was it?
At first, I created a closed chat in Telegram, where I added my friends who work with PPC, after which other participants added their friends, and so we managed to gather the first “skeleton” of participants. Most of the participants were, like me, in Warsaw, I suggested holding a small meeting to get to know everyone in person. I made an announcement on my social networks, and a stream of people interested in this meeting began. Affair managers, HRs, recruiters, FB media buyers, representatives of brands and platforms. At that moment, I realized that I had hit a sore spot in the market, because there were a lot of people interested. I selected exclusively PPC specialists, and we gathered in an informal setting, without sponsors, registration, free bar, etc.

Back then, it still seemed like a simple idea that was just starting to gather people.

— What was the most difficult part of the launch?
What went wrong or wasn't obvious at the start?
At first, it was difficult to “talk” to new members in the chat, many expected to receive information without contributing to the community. I used my example to show and share my tricks and achievements, for which I earned trust in the club, after which everyone started sharing information with each other.
— How do you now define what PPC Club is?
What is its real value for people?
The main value is networking.
Discussion of problems, updates, subtleties in working with Google Ads. In addition to networking, we discuss the work of affiliate programs, agencies, contractors and other services. We form our own blacklist of advertisers, agents and services, which allows us to avoid scammers and unscrupulous contractors. We also regularly receive exclusive offers from our partners, which are used by other club members.
— Who is the club more suitable for now — beginners or people with experience?
Is it possible to join from scratch?
We are creating a club for everyone who is planning or already working with PPC traffic and Google Ads in general. We have an open chat where specialists of different levels communicate, and a closed chat where, through a special questionnaire, we select only the best or specialists with a monthly turnover of $50,000 or more per specialist.
— What is happening inside that is not visible from the outside?
What do people really stay for?
Within our closed chat, we discuss existing problems every day and look for solutions together. We hold weekly voice chats, where we analyze launches, answer questions and give tips.
In the open chat, specialists also communicate, including those from the closed club. We discuss launches, Google Ads updates, promising markets and much more.
— What advice would you give to people who are currently building something of their own in PPC or in this field in general?
Especially in moments when it seems like nothing is working and it's easier to give up.
I would recommend that in times when it is difficult and you are not succeeding, be as open as possible and communicate with those who are succeeding. Don't be shy and don't be afraid to seem stupid, ask questions - and over time you will find a solution. Now you need to test different hypotheses, invest in specialists, and maybe you will succeed.
Inferra Media
PPC Club is not about “another chat” or channel.
It is about people who are already inside the market and want to move faster, without stewing in their problems alone.
From the conversation it becomes clear that such communities appear for a reason.
This is a response to the fact that the market has been closed for a long time, and the experience has been fragmented.
And now this is changing little by little.
Thank you Andriy for the frank conversation 🙌
It was interesting to look at PPC Club not only “from the outside”, but also to understand how everything works inside — without decorations and beautiful wrappers.
